The invention relates to a hinge joint for a pair of glasses with a hinge flap engaging between two legs of a yoke and a hinge axis between the hinge tab and the yoke, the pivot arm being pivotable about an inclination axis perpendicular to the hinge axis and pivoting in the respective pivot position Latching is firmly held.
For adjusting the inclination of a spectacle arm relative to the frame for the lenses forming spectacle frame, it is known (EP 1 131 667 B1) to form the middle hinge plate with the molded hinge axis as a pivot arm which is pivotally mounted in a receiving pocket of the spectacle frame about an axis perpendicular to the hinge axis of inclination and is held in the individual inclination positions by a locking teeth. This locking toothing is provided on the side walls of the receiving pocket and cooperates with a counter-toothing on the tab-like pivot arm. By Verschwen-ken of the hinge lobe and thus the hinge axis about the inclination axis thus the inclination of the eyeglass temple can be made in angular increments, which are predetermined by the locking teeth. The additional pivotal mounting of the middle hinge lobe of the hinge joint results in a comparatively complicated construction, which also requires a corresponding space, which limits the design options for the glasses.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a hinge joint with the possibility of adjusting the inclination angle of the eyeglass temple in such a way that in comparison to hinge joints for glasses without inclination axis in 2/8 2 sentlichen matching space requirements and the additional design effort remains small.
Starting from a hinged joint of the type described above, the invention solves the stated object in that the pivot arm is provided in a hinge flap passing through in the direction of the hinge axis slot whose longitudinal walls form the radially aligned with respect to the inclination locking teeth, and that the hinge plate with a pivoting play engages with respect to the axis of inclination between the legs of the yoke.
Since, according to this measure, not the middle hinge lobe with the hinge axis, but only the hinge axis is pivoted relative to the middle hinge lobe, the required for the inclination adjustment of the eyeglass temple design effort remains modest, because only the middle hinge tabs for receiving the pivot arm for the hinge axis with a slot is to be provided, which passes through the hinge tab in the direction of the hinge axis. The guided in the slot of the hinge flap pivot arm can only emerge from the slot in the direction of the hinge axis. However, since the yoke of the hinge joint overlaps the middle hinge tabs on both sides, the pivot arm carrying the hinge axis in the position of use of the hinge joint can not escape from the oblong hole of the hinge lobe in the direction of the hinge axis. Particularly simple construction conditions arise when the inclination axis extends in the region of the hinge axis, because in this case the displacement of the hinge axis relative to the hinge lobe is limited to a pivoting adjustment about the axis of inclination.

To adjust the inclination of the eyeglass temple 3 relative to the spectacle frame 1, therefore, only the eyeglass temple 3 is to be wasted with respect to the frame 1 while overcoming the detent resistance of the detent toothing 12. In order for this pivoting adjustment is not hindered by the hinge fork 6, a corresponding pivoting play 14 is provided between the hinge lugs 5 and the legs of the hinge fork 6. 5.8
